Suicide is not the answer.
Suicide is not the answer.

People think by committing suicide they’ll take away the pain but instead, the pain will be thrown to those around them. People never think the tears their parents/ spouse/children will shed.
Suicide is permanent, depression is temporary.
People especially teenagers need to realise they are not alone in this situation. Almost everyone is fighting their own battle.

Imagine the situation of this guy who ended his life due to the fear of failing in examination. And now he is dead and his soul is able to see the lifeless body on the floor or hanging. And his family, relatives and friends come to the site to see him in that state. He starts to see the loss and just wants to go back and say ” I want to reverse it “. He can’t! Now he has the regret of doing it. He committed suicide to escape from something but he landed up into something worse. How does suicide improve anything? No matter how hopeless you feel suicide makes you feel worse.
Life is like a rollercoaster, it has highs and lows but you don’t make a decision in your lows
The problem now with the society is that we’re trying to measure ourselves against a totally unrealistic expectation.
If you keep on comparing, “where you’re not” and “what you’re not”, of course, you’re going to be depressed.
Their life is not as great as you think. Your life is not as bad as you think.

Most of the people who commit suicide are scared of what the future holds. They anticipate that the future will be worse than the present. How absurd to commit suicide thinking what will happen in the future.
If you commit suicide, you’re fortifying the opportunity you had to live, to be happy, to love, to care for others, to make a difference.
The things you’re so involved in now will honestly mean nothing to you in a few months or years. Look, how most of the exams are cancelled or postponed.
So if you’re experiencing anxiety, pain, betrayal, rejection, it all has an expiration date. Do not expire before it expires. You’ll get past this. So hang in there, life will get better, it will get drastically BETTER…

When you get suicidal thoughts…
1. Don’t be alone.
2. Stop comparing
3. Keep down the phone and pick up a book (spiritual or self-help book)
4. Rest, proper diet, exercise
5. Walk-in nature
